On the 23rd of December, Barr Lake State Park was teeming with activity — Eagles, Red-tailed Hawks, Geese and Pintail Ducks, Song Sparrows, Red Squirrels, and a beautiful approaching sunset. The holiday decorations were still in sight at the Nature Center. It was a perfect afternoon at the park! Don’t let the cold temperatures keep you from enjoying the wonders of Barr Lake!
