A Huge Thank You to Everyone Who Made Our Harvest Festival a Success!
We had an amazing time celebrating at Barr Lake State Park, Colorado State Parks, and it was all possible because of YOU! 
Your support truly makes a difference, and we are so grateful for the wonderful community.
A special shout-out to:
Our food trucks for the delicious eats and beverages
The talented vendors who shared their amazing goods. From lavender goods to 3D printed art, and clothing, our local Anythink Library and CSU even joined us, to even a cowboy hat shaper (Wilson the Hat Guy)!
The Bromleys for sharing local history
Katie Mintle who kept the atmosphere lively with her great music
The educators who shared incredible insights about Indigenous culture (Indigenous Corporation 5280), raptors (Raptor Education Foundation), and the Bird Conservancy of the Rockies
Our local community businesses even brought out llamas and goats! (SonFlower Ranch and LaZyB Acres Alpacas)

🎃🍂 Join Us for the Annual Harvest Festival at Barr Lake State Park! 🍂🎃
Celebrate fall with a fun-filled day at the Friends of Barr Lake’s Harvest Festival, happening on Saturday, October 5th, 2024 from 9 AM to 1 PM at Barr Lake State Park!
This year’s festival will feature:
🚚 Food trucks serving delicious local eats
🛍️ Vendors from all over selling unique goods and crafts
🎶 Live music to keep the festival vibe going
🌾 Indigenous education sessions sharing cultural knowledge
🦅 Raptor education to learn about these majestic birds of prey
🎨 Arts and crafts sessions where you can get creative and hands-on
Come explore the beauty of Barr Lake during the fall season, enjoy amazing local food, shop from unique vendors, learn about indigenous history and wildlife, and take part in some fun arts and crafts!

⏰ Time: 9 AM – 1 PM
📍 Location: Barr Lake State Park, 13401 Picadilly Rd, Brighton, CO
📝 Admission: Park entry fee required, but the festival itself is free!
Bring your friends and family for a day full of nature, education, creativity, and entertainment. We can’t wait to see you there! 🍂✨
Reminder: The event is free with a valid Colorado State Park Pass or Keep Colorado Wild pass (opted during vehicle-renewal or registration). If you don’t have one, daily passes are available:
At the entrance—$10 per vehicle or $4 per individual.
May be subject to park capacity limits or park staff discretion.
