Hope Little

Member-at-Large

Barr Lake has long been a part of my family’s story. My stepfather, Linn Jones, volunteered at Barr Lake for more than 15 years, and my mom, Judy, continues to serve as both a volunteer and seasonal employee. She also previously served as President of Friends of Barr Lake. That legacy of service inspired my own involvement and deep appreciation for this special place.

I currently serve as a Member-at-Large, focusing on helping wherever support is needed. I bring a strong administrative and organizational background, along with a steady, practical approach to getting things done. I’m detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable stepping in behind the scenes—whether supporting events, volunteers, or day-to-day operations. I value collaboration, consistency, and serving in ways that truly make a difference.

I believe in thoughtful stewardship—caring for the world God has provided us by preserving Barr Lake’s natural beauty, flora, and fauna in a responsible and balanced way.

Outside of Barr Lake, I enjoy spending time with my family, working on creative projects, and taking long drives through the mountains. I appreciate meaningful conversations, beautiful scenery, and unhurried time to think. Spring is my favorite season for its sense of fresh starts and new life, and I live by the saying, “Everything is figureoutable,” because there’s always a solution—sometimes it just takes a new perspective.
